Eli Busen

HBS MBA Graduate

Eli holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, having successfully transitioned from a career as a Spacecraft Systems Engineer at Boeing. He has interned at bulge-bracket investment banks, as well as small start-ups. Post-MBA, he worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, at Amazon within supply chain management and data analysis, and at Google in a variety of strategy and operations roles across Shopping and Assistant. He feels that his MBA created a step-change in his career and life trajectory, and is motivated to help others achieve the same.

Eli has a BSE in Aerospace Engineering and an ME in Space Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan.  He has successfully coached colleagues to gain admittance to top MBA programs, including Wharton and Columbia. He has also tutored under-privileged high school students in math and physics. He is currently the President of the HBS Association of Northern California (the third largest HBS alumni club in the world) and volunteers counseling veterans transitioning to civilian careers.
