Evelina walked an unconventional path to her MBA at Kenan-Flagler Business School at University of North Carolina and used it to change her career. Rachel received her bachelor’s degree in Electronic Media at the University of Cincinnati where she also minored in Journalism. Throughout her undergraduate degree, Rachel worked in radio news and regularly contributed written commentary to both the university newspaper and television news channel.
Before continuing with a master’s degree in Middle East History at Tel Aviv University, she first headed to Atlanta, Georgia, where she worked at CNN. There, she wrote for CNN International’s weekly Inside Asia news magazine program and contributed research to the CNN Cold War television documentary series.
After completing her master’s degree, Rachel used her writing, editing and analytical skills in various non-profit fields, including assisting Holocaust survivors in preparing personal essays for legal claims against the Swiss and German governments for monetary compensation. She was later a journalist in the diamond industry, writing news and feature articles for online and print publications as well as writing, researching and editing reports and reference books for international companies, governments and banks.
Rachel has also ghostwritten a memoir, a crafts book about jewelry and various blog posts. She continues to pursue avenues of online content and marketing writing, including script writing for online educational courses.

Hadas graduated from the MBA program at UCLA Anderson. She was admitted to the program with a full-tuition fellowship.
Hadas studied Law and Economics at the Tel Aviv University. She completed a commercial law internship at Yigal Arnon & Co., Law Firm, and then worked for two years at Ernst & Young’s tax department. Lin started prepping professionals for interviews when he was 23. His passion for coaching and mentoring started at Target (a large US-based retailer) and has continued through HBS, Clorox and now an eCommerce startup based in Boston, MA. With over 8 years of experience leading teams, he excels in effective communication and motivating others.
Lin started at Aringo with the goal of helping similar minded young professionals reach their dream business school. Outside of work, he enjoys running, reading, playing squash. After finishing Les Mis, War and Peace and Anna Karenina, he’s on the hunt for his next epic novel to tackle.
Manish holds an MBA from INSEAD and has represented the school at MBA fairs in London and Singapore.
While at INSEAD, he participated in information sharing and candidate interaction sessions assisting visiting and admitted students with their choice of MBA program and expectations thereof. Since graduation, his passion for assisting people has seen him help friends and acquaintances gain admission into top-tier schools, and make their post-MBA career choices.
Prior to his MBA, he worked with Hewlett Packard in their R&D and Manufacturing divisions in Singapore and the USA. Here, he led product development teams as a design architect. His designs have earned him 7 US patents, with a few more pending. Post INSEAD, Manish worked as a Strategy Consultant with a top-tier strategy firm in London, and is currently based in Singapore with the in-house strategy team of a Fortune-50 company.
An engineer by training, he completed his Bachelors and Masters in Mechanical Engineering on full scholarships from Singapore Airlines and Hewlett Packard respectively, and graduated at the top of his class.
On the fun side, Manish enjoys kayaking, golf, formula 1, but on most days his 2 yr old takes priority.
Maoz Lakovski is an INSEAD MBA graduate. While at INSEAD, Maoz led the TMT club (Technology, Media & Telecom) and gained substantial MBA application experience, helping a number of people through their application process.
Following INSEAD, Maoz worked in Uber SEA and devised Uber regional growth strategy. As a next step, Maoz joined Twitter and built the Sales Strategy & Ops team of Twitter EMEA. Today Maoz is leading the strategy group at SimilarWeb (one of the world’s fastest growing SaaS companies).
Maoz holds a B.Sc. in Industrial and Management Engineering from Tel Aviv University and prior to INSEAD gained unique experience as a management consultant and as an entrepreneur (founded a mobile app platform).
Mateen has diverse experience in MBA admissions in helping candidates gain acceptance across leading programs. Mateen has 12 years of experience with automotive majors (Ford and Suzuki) and energy start-ups where he built businesses from the ground up. Nikhil holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson (2008). He was a member of UCLA Anderson’s Student Council and President of the South Asian Business Association (SABA).
While at Anderson, Nikhil played an active role in the students committee, developing orientation programs that help incoming international students adapt to Anderson’s MBA program. As President of SABA, Nikhil advised the admissions office to promote the UCLA Anderson’s Full-Time program to prospective South Asian applicants.
As part of the Entrepreneurship Association’s Vistage and Management Development for Entrepreneurs (MDE) programs, Nikhil met with successful CEO’s and helped them develop business plans to expand their businesses. Prasanth is a Columbia MBA graduate (2012). Since 2012, he has successfully guided over 75 applicants earn admission in various top b-schools in USA and around the world. He is currently the Head of Product at Wealth-X, a SaaS venture in New York City.
Prasanth holds a MBA from Columbia Business School, MS in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon and a BS with honors from Cochin University. At Columbia, he served numerous leadership positions such as Peer Advisor and Hermes Society member. He also co-chaired the India Business conference.

Outside of the professional sphere, Prasanth is passionate about community service, blogging, photography and he has fund-raised over $10,000 for charity by running marathons in USA and Europe.

Sriram was recently featured in a ‘Spotlight on Arts Entrepreneurs’ by the US Congressional Arts Caucus on Capitol Hill, Washington DC. He is a 2015 Global Fellow with the International Society for the Performing Arts (ISPA), where he was the only Indian out of 52 Fellows from across the world. Under his leadership, IndianRaga has grown into one of the largest networks of talented musicians and dancers in North America, invited to perform at iconic institutions like Lincoln Center, Chicago Cultural Center, Joe’s Pub, and has been featured in NPR’s Here and Now. Previously, Sriram worked as a Strategy Fellow with the President of Lincoln Center, New York City, and with the President of Global Digital Business at Sony Music, New York City. With her business experience and technology background, she has also advised numerous people in career direction, mock interviews and recruiting strategies.
Vidya has a Bachelors in computer science engineering from Visweswaraiah Technology University, India, and an MBA from Duke University, The Fuqua School of Business, with a focus on strategy and marketing. At Duke, she was a career fellow and actively participated in technology, marketing and consulting clubs in various positions.
She has 5 years of product management and business strategy experience at Microsoft post MBA and 5 years of software development experience at Motorola and HP prior to business school. She interned at Johnson & Johnson and eBay during her MBA.
Outside of work, Vidya is very passionate about yoga, music and art. She is also passionate about travel, exploring new places, cultures and languages.
Yair holds an MBA from NYU Stern (2012), with specializations in Strategy and Technology. While at Stern, Yair worked for the school’s Office of Career Development as a Career Coach, offering guidance and advice to first-year students on their career search plan, and helping them improve their CV and interviewing skills.
Yair holds a BSc in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Tel Aviv University. Prior to his MBA studies, he worked in the telecommunications industry as a Computer Engineer at Intel and Marvell.
Currently, Yair works as a Senior Business Architect, Partnerships at American Express’s new loyalty program (Plenti). Prior to this role, he worked for more than 3 years at the Technology Strategy practice of Deloitte Consulting as a Senior Consultant and Manager.
