INSEAD is launching a new Master in Management Program. This 14 to 16 months programme has an innovative learning approach with an applied problem-solving orientation. It aims to empower the next generation of well-rounded, agile-thinking and innovative individuals who are ready to make a positive impact in today’s society. The program is designed for young candidates with little work experience, and will help them acquire relevant skills that will enable them to succeed in their first job and beyond. The program will be taught at Fontainebleau and Singapore campuses, with optional study trips to Abu Dhabi, China and the USA.

The programme starts every year in August, with the first intake in August 2020. The program is split into five two-month segments, the first four of which will consist of core courses, workshops, and practicals; in the final segment, candidates will take six electives and complete a final “project management and agility” workshop. Topics will include the usual MiM suspects: financial reporting, strategy, and microeconomics, with workshops covering subjects like coding and presentation.
