Christina has worked in higher education for over a decade, with most of that time spent in admissions and recruitment. Her most recent experience was as the Associate DIrector of Admissions and Recruitment working with the Full-time MBA at the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. During her time at W. P. Carey, she worked with students from around the world across the full portfolio of graduate programs. She has also worked with MBA focused organizations such as the Forte Foundation, Reaching Out MBA, and Coverdell Fellows program. Christina has an M.S. in Psychology, an MPH, and is finishing her EdD in Leadership and Innovation with a research focus on Imposter Syndrome and academic success in women.
