Mark has mentored public high school students from low socio-economic backgrounds and helped them get accepted to many undergraduate college programs.
At his work at ARINGO, Mark has worked with clients who received offers from Harvard, UC Berkeley (Haas), UCLA (Anderson), Wharton, University of Chicago (Booth), Columbia, Northwestern (Kellogg School of Management), NYU Stern, Yale, Cornell Johnson, Michigan Ross, Duke Fuqua, Darden, CMU Tepper, Texas McCombs, University of Southern California, Foster, Amherst, BU, Drexel, Babson and many others in the US, and LBS, INSEAD, Oxford, Cambridge, IE Madrid, IESE Barcelona, ESADE, RSM, HEC Paris, Imperial College, Manchester, Cass and many others in Europe.

Mark earned his bachelor’s degree in English Literature from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He received two regional Emmy awards for writing and producing children’s educational programming for PBS and wrote for Walt Disney Studios in both film and television. For the 2012 and 2014 U.S. elections, he served as the Communications Director on two congressional campaigns. He recently completed an academic book on the Cherokee outlaw Henry Starr (1873-1921).
