The Economist published its ranking of the 20 top MBA programs in North America taken from its global ranking for 2013. All 20 programs are found within the top 31 in the world, with 19 in the U.S. and 1 in Canada.

The Economist explains the U.S. domination of the ranking as stemming mainly from the schools’ financial power, manifested in top faculty and beautiful campuses, and that they excel in placement services that help alumni integrate successfully into the work force.
