HBS posted the following update on their admissions blog regarding round 1 interviews:

“Interview notifications: We interview roughly 2x the number of people we can eventually admit, and those interview invitations come out in two waves: October 1 and October 4 at noon eastern time.

Early release: If we are not able to invite you to interview, we will let you know on October 4 that you are being “released” from the process.”

We’ll take this opportunity to wish good luck to 3 ARINGO candidates who were invited to interviews at Oxford, and to 2 ARINGO candidates who were invited to interviews at IESE!

We would also like to remind you the 3 main deadlines this week: today (Sep 25) is round 1 deadline for MIT, and Sep 27 is round 1 deadline for Booth and Haas.
